Style over substance.
good locationbasic roomtired bathroom
the location is pretty good, very close to the beach.
The room i got was nothing special, i mean, it was functional but i expected more for the price i paid. there wasn't even a proper mini bar. Just a bottle of water. the bathroom was so-so. also, i couldn't reach housekeeping. It was like a restaurant with rooms but without real service.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, i particularly appreciated the brightly tiled bathrooms. the staff were also lovely and attentive. i was happy to find a cookie in my room when i arrived. It was a lovely touch.
my room felt quite small and i didn't feel it reflected the price i paid.

the hotel has a great food offering. the continental breakfast had a great spread and i had double helpings. the restaurant provided a lovely meal too.

my room included thoughtful reading material. the bed was very comfortable, though the room was small. the bathroom was beautiful and included locally sourced soaps.

Team members are helpful and supportive! warm and cute staff provided excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. the staff were pleasant and helpful.

I found original artwork throughout the hotel. the hotel also uses locally sourced items. Sustainability is a matter of course. the hotel features comfy and stylish furniture.

the hotel is just next to turner contemporary and the sea. the hotel is positioned opposite the gallery, a prime location for a walk into town! the hotel offers lovely views.

The staff was very helpful. The dinner menu was pretty good.
I was annoyed that there was no TV in the room. I think it should be a standard thing. Sound insulation was awful, and I could hear other people talking next door. There also was a strange buzzing sound when I was trying to sleep.
