Really good Stay by the Sea
hotel design local culture delicious breakfast
The hotel's design demonstrated really good quality from the start. Sustainability and local culture inclusion were noticeable throughout the hotel. Breakfast service was great. It offered various fresh and delicious options (I liked the pastries).
Soundproofing could be slightly improved as some noise from adjacent rooms was audible.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and local shops. The sea view from the hotel offers a nice view of the Turner Contemporary gallery. Guests can easily explore the area on foot.

The staff members are helpful and very friendly at all times. They carried our luggage to the room and offered advice on local attractions. Their attentive service really enhanced the overall experience.

decent stay
warm staff fresh cookies free juice noisy road small room poor insulation
the staff felt very friendly and warm. fresh cookies met me at check in, a sweet touch. i liked the free local juice, teas, and coffees.
i feel rooms did not have air con, so the main road was noisy. i was surprised at how small the rooms felt, so a chair did not fit. sound insulation was not great.

inadequate sound insulation buzzing sound
The staff was efficient The bed and bathroom were very comfortable.
I found the sound insulation to be inadequate I could hear people talking in the adjoining room. There was an odd buzzing sound when I tried to sleep It seemed to be related to the air conditioning system. This buzzing disturbed my rest.

Style over substance.
basic room tired bathroom
the location is pretty good, very close to the beach.
The room i got was nothing special, i mean, it was functional but i expected more for the price i paid. there wasn't even a proper mini bar. Just a bottle of water. the bathroom was so-so. also, i couldn't reach housekeeping. It was like a restaurant with rooms but without real service.

brightly tiled bathroom attentive staff arrival cookie beautiful decor
The hotel is beautifully decorated, i particularly appreciated the brightly tiled bathrooms. the staff were also lovely and attentive. i was happy to find a cookie in my room when i arrived. It was a lovely touch.
my room felt quite small and i didn't feel it reflected the price i paid.

Team members are helpful and supportive! warm and cute staff provided excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. the staff were pleasant and helpful.

the hotel is just next to turner contemporary and the sea. the hotel is positioned opposite the gallery, a prime location for a walk into town! the hotel offers lovely views.

no tv poor sound insulation
The staff was very helpful. The dinner menu was pretty good.
I was annoyed that there was no TV in the room. I think it should be a standard thing. Sound insulation was awful, and I could hear other people talking next door. There also was a strange buzzing sound when I was trying to sleep.
